It has been just three weeks since our inaugural forestry awards were held in Whangarei at Toll Stadium and winners were aptly announced and collectively celebrated with a number of the industry present. We can congratulate ourselves for getting to this stage and those that played an important part to make this happen including nominees and we can sincerely express our thanks to you as a new sponsor to this event. Based on the resounding interest to participate and tickets selling out to capacity a month prior, the event has the foundations to grow next. The judges were suitably impressed with the calibre of the nominations and the committee were impressed with the support we got from the industry and the overall willingness for the nominees to take the stage with pride.
We would like to emphasise, that without sponsors, we would not be able to:
1. Bring celebrity MC's to the event like Eric Rush
2. Offer an affordable ticket to the dinner to all the industry
3. Cater for a sell out audience this year - great start to a new event
4. Engage a professional event company
5. Celebrate forestry together in one place at one time
It is with pleasure that we are associated with your company, that we have this mutual involvement and hopefully continue for the awards sponsorship next year. We work to promote your involvement in lead up, through the event and post the event. Trust you saw the Northern Advocate final supplement that was a great summary of the event and our industry and i you need a copy please contact Prue, she has extras available.
